Pause

You ever delete your year end blog post because you were moving to fast and it’s ironic because your 2020 year motto is pause? Because i just did.

I don’t really want to rewrite all of it, but the gist is- I got 251 days in the studio in 2019 with Eyes Forward as my motto and set myself up for a really great year in 2020.

This years motto is Pause

Pause so that I slow down and pay attention to what is happening right now.

Pause so that I am careful with my time and don’t overwhelm my schedule.

Pause so that I can be present in my relationships and with the work in a deeper way.

Clearly i need it since I was so quick at my computer to write about my next show that i deleted too many older posts haha.
